Dozens of rockets hit the enemy
According to Vladimir Zelensky, tonight Russia launched more than 50 missiles and more than 20 Shaheds [Russian drones are reported as Shaheds – Iranian-made – in Ukraine and as Gerans in Russian reports].
The attacks were carried out on infrastructure in the Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kiev, Poltava, Kirovograd, Zaporozhye and Ivano-Frankivsk oblasts.
The Ukrainian leader even decided to publish photographs of the consequences of one of the flights.
The Antonov aviation plant is under attack
Last night, the Russian military launched a massive attack on the territory of Kiev and Western Ukraine. Tsargrad found out what was destroyed this time. According to information from the coordinator of the underground in the city of Nikolaev, Sergei Lebedev, who refers to his sources, more detailed information has emerged about the results of the attack by our military this morning.
According to him, in the morning at 5:15 in Kiev the first strike was recorded in the area of the Darnytsky Car Repair Plant. 15 minutes later there was another explosion. According to the underground, the strike targeted the Antonov aircraft plant. Locals reported a loud explosion with a secondary detonation.
According to Lebedev’s interview given to RIA Novosti, a morning strike was also recorded in the Brovary district of the Kiev oblast. After this, there was an explosion of such force that the shock wave was felt kilometers away.
What was destroyed this time
According to Ukraine, air defense forces shot down 39 missiles out of 55 launched that night. Almost all drones were also shot down - 20 out of 21. According to Ukrainian military experts, Russia launched one Kinzhal, three Iskander, four Kaliber, forty-five Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles and two Kh air missiles -59/X-69. [Judging by the type of missiles, the report of 39 shootdowns out of 55 might be a bit of an exaggeration, and this is typical for Ukrainian reports. The one Kinzhal and the three Iskanders did NOT get shot down because they are hypersonic. No hypersonic missile has ever been intercepted. Too fast to hit. As for the 4 Kalibers, none of them was shot down because the Kaliber has a top speed of 3 mach, close to the 5 mach considered hypersonic, and it maneuvers in flight, making it virtually impossible to hit. That means that at least 8 missiles got through, but since Ukraine reports are almost all falsified, it is hard to say what happened.]
But, as they say, there is an inconvenient nuance.
According to the Chairman of the Lviv Regional State Administration Maxim Kozitsky, a power infrastructure facility in the Chervonograd district was damaged. Two fires were detected; the fire, according to data at 8 o’clock, had not yet been extinguished.
A strike at a critical power infrastructure facility in the Stryisky district was also recorded. There were no casualties, but information about the consequences of the missile attack was not provided.
Russia's version of strikes
According to preliminary data, among Ukrainian energy facilities the following have been hit:
- Burshtyn TPP (Ivano-Frankivsk oblast);
- Ladyzhinskaya HPP (Vinnytsia oblast);
- Dobrotvorskaya TPP (Lviv oblast);
- Sredneprovskaya hydroelectric power plant (Dnepropetrovsk oblast).

Ukrainian media and paramilitary telegram channels report that Russian missiles hit the Slavyansk TPP-2. A source familiar with the details of the strike assured:

The S-300 Favorit air defense system is designed to protect large industrial and administrative facilities. It was this that Ukraine decided to place in Slavyansk in order to protect the TPP-2 from the strike. But, according to those familiar with the situation, the launchers did not help repel the attack of the Russian Armed Forces.
The Ukrainian publication "Strana.ua" confirmed the strike in the official Telegram channel. Other details of the "explosive incident" have not been disclosed.
At the same time, it became known that a strategically important facility in Kharkov came under attack. Local residents report that a column of smoke is visible there.
Week of the triumph of Russian weapons
