Putin’s preemptive strike on two enemies at once: terrorists and the unipolar world
I would argue that these two are one and the same enemy. The US creates terror groups, like the Taliban, and supports other terrorists, like ISIS and al-Qaeda
Putin’s preemptive strike on two enemies at once: terrorists and the unipolar world
The US creates terror groups, like the Taliban, and supports other terrorists, like ISIS and al-Qaeda, while spreading the lie that resistance groups like the Iranian army, Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, the Popular Mobilization Forces and the Syrian resistance, are terrorists.
You can’t be a resistance group fighting US-backed terror and, simultaneously, be a terror group.
Likewise, you can’t be a legitimate military if you are massacring innocent civilians.

BATTLE IN THE SCO [Shanghai Cooperation Organization]. PUTIN DELIVERED A PREVENTIVE STRIKE AT TWO ENEMIES AT ONCE
Russia hopes for preventive measures to avoid a repetition of tragedies like those that happened [terror attacks] in the Moscow oblast and Dagestan. A battle for Kazakhstan and more unfolded in the SCO, and Putin launched a preemptive strike against two enemies at once - against terrorists and against the unipolar world.
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, brought together top officials of the organization's member countries from Russia, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Belarus, as well as leaders of observer countries and partners. The SCO became the very platform where the struggle for a multipolar world unfolded, and Putin launched a preemptive strike against two enemies at once.
Preemptive strike number one
Russia was among the first of the SCO countries to face a new round of aggression from terrorists. Analysts state: the topic has not gone into the shadows, as it seemed before, “terrorism has not been destroyed, and no one is protected from radicals.” Dozens of people became victims of attacks in Crocus City Hall, Derbent and Makhachkala. In light of these events, at the summit, President Vladimir Putin announced a change in approach to the fight against terrorism in the countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The head of state called this fight one of the priorities of the SCO.
Chief researcher at the Center for Global Studies and International Relations at the Institute of Current International Problems of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Vadim Kozyulin, believes that anti-terrorist security in the SCO space is “almost a key topic” for Russia.
Putin wants to join forces so that the fight against terrorism, extremism, and radical views is more effective and benefits all SCO participants who would act in the same direction, Kozyulin explained.
According to experts, “none of the SCO countries is protected from the threat of terrorism,” while the fight against extremist groups is most effective in Iran. A big problem is “the neighborhood of Afghanistan, in the north of which there are training camps for militants of ISIS*, banned in Russia,” reports URA.RU.
For Russia, Leonid Savin, general director of the Foundation for Monitoring and Forecasting the Development of Cultural-Territorial Spaces, emphasized that it is important to have a security zone in Central Asia - “so that radicals do not penetrate from the territory of Afghanistan and neighboring countries.”
Therefore, Putin talks about this and proposes to influence the situation, given that the SCO in the new world order will become one of the pillars of multipolarity, Savin explained.
The situation in Afghanistan today is very difficult - it could “break out at any moment.” According to the director of the analytical center of the Russian Society of Political Scientists, Andrei Serenko, “so far no one can find a quick solution.” The Taliban*, which themselves are a fighting structure, in his opinion, “are not capable of stabilizing the country.”
What happened in Russia this year will seem like flowers if Afghanistan goes up in flames, the expert warned. At the same time, it is unclear whether the SCO members will decide to take tough actions.
But without this there will be no confidence in security in the region, Serenko emphasized. - The Taliban* will continue to milk other countries (from the Americans alone they receive $40-80 million in cash every week), threatening the arrival of ISIS* there - this is their entire fight against terrorists.
[Everything would be peachy if Jimmy Carter, the so-called “peace” president had not listened to his psychopathic advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski, who foolishly advised him to let the CIA go into Afghanistan and destabilize the country, which, under Russian tutelage, had become a forward looking country where women could attend university. This is how a Russophobic maniac (the kind that now infests the State Department) irrationally meddled in the affairs of a country that was beginning to have a bright future and, simply because of his irrational hatred of Russia, ruined a country that had a promising future, turning it into a terroristic wasteland. That kind of senseless destruction is the hallmark of the US modus operandi (weapons for Neonazi Kiev, genocide in Gaza). For the sake of control, they ruin a perfectly promising future. No wonder Russia is fighting hard for a multipolar world in which no one country can control everyone]
Preemptive strike number two
Eurasia is self-organizing. The West, which is losing its global hegemony, will not be able to stop this objective process, isolate its participants, and will soon begin to experience its consequences. This is the essence of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in Astana. There, this authoritative and increasingly influential international structure was replenished with a new, tenth full member - Belarus, which became the first non-Asian country to be a member of the SCO. Lukashenko made it again, but there were other heroes in Astana, noted international journalist, Tsargrad observer Sergei Latyshev in his publication for First Russian.
While the United States cannot resolve the issue of power, and Europe is in the throes of election fever, leading Eurasian politicians met and discussed ways to build a mutually beneficial economic order in Eurasia at the SCO summit in Astana, achieving significant results.
At the SCO summit in Astana, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that “a multipolar world has become a reality.” The head of state insists that the SCO, along with BRICS, are precisely the main pillars of the new emerging world order. The circle of states advocating a fair world order is also expanding, Putin noted, and the new architecture of cooperation and security in Eurasia proposed by Russia is intended to replace the outdated Euro-Atlantic models.
Such a cunning move by Putin will be another tangible blow to the unipolar world. Previously, the head of state had already noted that the pressure and rudeness that the United States uses in international relations do not benefit the White House. Such behavior, according to the Russian President, will not go unpunished for Washington. [Biden, one of the ringleaders of the plot to goad Russia into war, is now gasping for his political breath]
The philosophy of a multipolar world is very simple. It assumes that we are all equal, while the philosophy of a unipolar world, a world of hegemony, assumes that we are not equal.
Let us note that earlier, the founder of Tsargrad, Konstantin Malofeev, speaking about the approach of a multipolar world, insisted: a multipolar world differs from American hegemony in that in it we believe that we are equal:
People who are “above all”, “more important than everyone”, began to teach others how to live, extract minerals, and sell other people into slavery. These people even now, in the words of the Israeli Defense Minister, for example, call Palestinians animals. Right now, before our eyes, this is happening, this racism has not gone away, this racism has not gone away.
At the peak of the confrontation
Director of the Tsargrad Institute, philosopher, public and political figure Alexander Dugin agreed with the words of the head of state. He emphasized that a multipolar world has become a reality. However, there is a certain nuance - is this reality truly irreversible? [Philosopher Alexander Dugin learned about terrorism in the most painful way possible. His beautiful and talented daughter Darya Dugina was murdered by Ukrainian terrorists]
This question is still open. Because we are at the peak of a fierce confrontation between the outgoing unipolar world, the world of Western hegemony, and the already designated, already advancing, already actually established multipolar world. It's a rising wave, he explained metaphorically.
Dugin also noted that the downward wave of unipolarity is still trying to prevent a new wave from rising - a new world order.
In general, all world politics is a fierce, increasingly tough confrontation between the future, embodied in multipolarity, which is already here, which has already arrived, and the past, which is trying to drag humanity back into the essentially past era of hegemony. And here is the most important point - how to prevent this wounded, mortally wounded dragon from the unipolar hegemony of the West, how to prevent humanity from being dragged into the abyss of death, nuclear apocalypse, he added.
Politician Oleg Tsarev commented on the gradual turn towards Moscow live on First Russian. He pointed out that the situation has changed significantly: Russia is now successfully advancing, as a result of which Ukraine is being merged into the EU and NATO. Against this background, the expert predicted the inevitable:
It went well. The situation in the world is changing. Russia and Vladimir Putin feel very confident in the changing environment. The situation is shaping up in Moscow's favor. Our army is advancing. And Ukraine has fewer and fewer supporters. The volume of aid to Kiev is decreasing. Based on this trend, everyone understands that sooner or later an agreement will have to be reached. And if so, then it is better to be among those who negotiate than among those who continue to advocate war. And in this regard, Orban, who met with [45th US President Donald] Trump, with [Chinese President] Xi Jinping, with Zelensky and now with Putin, is now at the forefront of world politics.

Afghanistan in the 60s before “peace president” Carter ruined their lives! (Women were unable to go to university for years after Carter threw out the Soviets. The Soviets brought them freedom. The US – land of the free - took it away! This is why the multipolar world order is necessary).
Decent people understand that US meddling must be stopped!

How Jimmy Carter Started America’s Afghanistan Folly
Some forgotten history goes a long way toward explaining our longest war.
by Kai Bird
September 1, 2021
Since President Joe Biden began to withdraw U.S. troops from Afghanistan—and the chaos that would inevitably come with the process ensued—pundits have argued whether Afghanistan is George W. Bush’s war or Biden’s. Both camps are (technically) wrong. In fact, it’s Jimmy Carter’s war.
If you think America’s exit from this Central Asian country concluded a 20-year war, think again. Some forgotten history goes a long way to explaining how we got where we are. The United States first intervened in Afghanistan in the summer of 1979—six full months before the Soviet Union’s land invasion—when Carter was president. Prodded by his hawkish national security adviser, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Carter reluctantly agreed to authorize a small covert action program to provide aid to a motley group of mujahideen guerrilla forces challenging the central government in Kabul. Take note: These mujahideen were extreme Sunni Muslim fundamentalists, and more than a decade later they would morph into the Taliban. But they were anti-communists—and for Brzezinski, who viewed the world with Cold War blinders, that’s all that mattered.

Here’s how the US supports ISIS and Al-Qaeda
SEPTEMBER 4, 2019JAIME C.
ISIS R Us. US-NATO Support ISIS and Al Qaeda Globally
By Mark Taliano
Global Research, September 04, 2019
U.S-led NATO and its allies support ISIS and al Qaeda globally. They supported al Qaeda to destroy Libya, they support al Qaeda/ISIS and their affiliates in Syria and in Iraq, and now evidence demonstrates that they are also supporting al Qaeda/ISIS in Yemen.
The irrefutable evidence that the West supports these internationally-proclaimed terrorists in Syria, Iraq, and Libya has been available for years. Now, thanks to the efforts of investigative journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva, we see strong evidence that the West supports ISIS in Yemen as well. In her September 1, 2019 article, “Islamic State weapons in Yemen traced back to US Government: Serbia files (part 1)” the evidence is available for the world to see.

Joe Biden in the Senate abuses, insults an underling (see link below)
But look at Joe today… Getting a fitting come-uppance.
Reminds me of the old pop song “I was a big man yesterday, but boy ya oughta see me now.”
Senator Joe Biden insulted and talked down to Scott Ritter in a Senate harangue but look at ole Joey Boy now. Isn’t he wearing Depends?
And Scott? He’s doing well for himself, got his own YouTube channel with scads of fans. People listen to Scott and trust his judgment. They listen to Joey boy and just feel sorry for him.
More than anything I have seen, this videoed Senate hearing says “be humble. Even if your pay grade is higher than your opponent’s. Even if you ride around in a limo. Because you never know when circumstances will lower you.”

Where has diplomacy gone? Since WWII ended the emphasis when war broke out was to reign in the combatants and attempt to end the conflict as soon as possible. Why over Ukraine do the warmongers rule?

Voyennoye Obozrenie: The Russian Aerospace Forces hit a meeting point between Ukrainian Armed Forces and NATO officers near Odessa
Author: Alena Zhilina
June 6, 2024, 07:10 — Silovoy Blok
Journalists from the publication “Voyennoye Obozrenie” report that on the night of June 6, Russian strike aircraft carried out massive attacks on several oblasts controlled by Kiev at once. Thus, strategic enemy targets located in the Khmelnytsky, Odessa, Nikolaev and Vinnytsia oblasts were attacked.
The authors of the publication report that during the night strikes on Zaporozhye, a facility was destroyed in which there were reserve units of mobilized soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, intended for transfer to the most difficult regions. It is also known that a powerful blow was struck at a facility in the Odessa oblast. The point where Ukrainian and Western officers held meetings with high command came under attack.
“As a result of the hits, Ukrainian officers who used recreational centers as objects for holding consultations and meetings with representatives of foreign officers were eliminated,” the publication says.
The Khmelnitsky oblast also came under Russian air strikes. In this oblast, military airfields are of interest to Russian troops. At the moment, it remains unknown whether the Starokonstantinov airfield was struck, which since the beginning of the special operation has already been attacked 20 times by the Russian Aerospace Forces. Let us recall that the Kiev command is preparing to receive the first F-16 fighters at the military training ground, and therefore this facility is in the focus of Russia’s attention.
Earlier, “Silovoy Blok” reported that Russian troops killed 200 mercenaries of the Armed Forces by firing Kinzhals at a base in Lvov

The Russian Armed Forces attacked the Bayraktar warehouse and parking lot at Ukrainian airfields
July 6, 2024
The Russian armed forces hit a Ukrainian warehouse of aircraft weapons and a Bayraktar drone parking lot [Bayraktar is a Turkish missile used against Russia in the war] at two military airfields, as well as an oil refinery and fuel storage facility of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU). The Russian Ministry of Defense reported this on Saturday, July 6.
“An oil refinery and a fuel storage facility from which military units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were supplied, a warehouse for aviation weapons and a Bayraktar UAV parking lot at two military airfields, as well as concentrations of enemy manpower and equipment in 127 areas were hit,” the report said.
In addition, during the day, Russian troops destroyed two launchers of the S-300PS anti-aircraft missile system, an illumination and guidance radar and a low-altitude detector, the Ministry of Defense specified.
During this period, units of the Southern [Yug] Group of Russian troops improved their defeat along the front line and destroyed the manpower and equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).
As a result, the enemy lost up to 650 troops and 12 vehicles. Also during the counter-battery fight, seven field ammunition depots of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, 155-mm M777 and M198 howitzers made in the USA, a British-made FH-70 howitzer, a 152-mm Akatsiya self-propelled artillery mount, a 152-mm D-20 gun, two 122 -mm D-30 howitzers, two British 105-mm L-119 guns and an American AN/TPQ-50 counter-battery station.
At the same time, the “West” [Zapad] group occupied more advantageous positions, defeated units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades in the areas of populated areas of the DPR and the Kharkov region and repelled two counterattacks.
In this area, the enemy lost up to 540 troops, an armored personnel carrier, four vehicles, a D-30 howitzer, a US-made 105-mm M119 gun, an L-119 gun, three Enclave electronic warfare stations and three field ammunition depots.
Russian fighters revealed details of the rapid assault on the village of Ocheretino north of Avdeevka
Earlier, on July 4, the Russian military launched an attack from the Iskander operational-tactical missile system on an aircraft parking lot at an airfield in the Dnepropetrovsk region. As a result, the Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter, aircraft weapons and aviation engineering service vehicles were destroyed.
Prior to this, on July 3, during a similar attack on the Poltava airfield, a Mi-24 combat helicopter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and vehicles of Ukrainian troops were destroyed. During the day, the Russian military destroyed five and damaged two Ukrainian Su-27 aircraft by striking with precision weapons. Also, Russian air defense systems shot down MiG-29 and Su-27 aircraft of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the zone.
