Sic semper tyrannis!
It’s time to dust off an old Latin phrase.
I can’t imagine a more perfect time in fact.
This phrase is best known from the motto of the state of Virginia. From 1776. The state had just won the war against a tyrant and this was fresh on everyone’s mind.
But it doesn’t demonstrably go back much farther than that so we don’t know if the Romans actually used it or not.
Anyway, it fits the pattern of Latin inscriptions because it is short and to the point thanks to the dative case – tyrannis is dative plural for tyrannus, meaning tyrant. Sic means thus, or this way. Tyrannus is dative plural and can therefore be translated “to tyrants” meaning “thus it always happens to tyrants.”
It can be translated any number of ways: For example, “bullies always pay the price.”
Or “tyrants always fall,” or “tyrants always come to a bad end” and so on.
Can you think of a worse tyrant than Donald J. Trump? I can’t. None has been so brazen and dumb. So stupidly brazen.
And Netanyahu? Imagine having a policy of shooting children in the head or chest. Now it may not have been in writing. But there are enough doctors who have seen the results of this unwritten policy that we can safely say that it is policy. And, BTW, most of those doctors are dead by now thanks to the policy of murdering doctors in Palestine. There is a policy of shooting doctors and Journalists that has made Israel the no. 1 country by far with untimely deaths of both profession.
So why is this the worst form of tyranny to ever exist?
Because it is religious tyranny. If you can believe that God is behind something, anything, you can believe in the most heinous of tyrannies. I won’t expound on that, but I know what it means to grow up in a “Christian” Zionist home. That is all I’ll say.
That is why I am certain there has never been anything like what we are seeing right now. This is quite likely the worst tyranny the world has ever seen.
As for the “sic” part, that is axiomatic.
Sic once again, mean thus or this way. And that is the way tyrants end up.
Perhaps you have seen the photos or videos of the way some of Israel looks after some Iranian bombing. A lot like Gaza. And that is how it will look after more bombing, inshallah. It is to look like that after enough bombing. It is hoped it will look like that if the Israelis are to learn that this is how you can expect it to look. Not for revenge, although that is part of it, but especially because this is a necessary lesson for Israel.
The lesson is:
Stay within international law or pay the price!
You were told, tacitly, that this was what would happen but you believed the Americans would save you. But did you expect God to save you? Did you really expect that God would save you from your unrepentant sin of killing children, dummies?
Nowhere in the scriptures does He promise you that. True, he said you should kill the Amalekites and their children and their livestock, but was that something you should imitate in the 21st Century? And worst of all, should you obey a command that is at odds with a commandment of God? Thou shalt not kill!
We could waste a lot of time going round and round on this, but let’s cut to the chase: The results of your cruelty. The result is you get a whole lot of people pissed off at you.
And that is true today and it is true any century.
Semper. Always.
That is why we say sic semper tyrannis. Tyranny can last a long time. It can last a century or more. But it has a way of stopping abruptly because it is horrible and hurts a lot of people.

The Second Front Against Iran Targets China: Trump’s Trump Card That Can Hit Any Side
Trump’s reckless Iranian campaign could ruin his political ambitions. It’s already clear that things haven’t gone according to plan: the Persians haven’t gotten up on their hind legs, they’re “playing for all they’ve got,” and brokers are watching the rising oil price curve without blinking. The head of the White House is cheerful, assuring that the “special operation against Iran” is proceeding according to plan, everyone has been killed and bombed, and freedom-loving Persians are already preparing to welcome the heir to the deposed Shah, Reza Pahlavi, with Turkish delight. But, as they say, things are not so clear-cut.
Tehran is successfully fighting back, turning the vaunted “Iron Dome” into a sieve, attacking oil tankers, and has already caused the worst stock market crash in South Korea in 20 years. If the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz continues for another week or two, European markets will begin to crumble after Asian ones.

Who will open a second front?
To prevent the American “victory” from turning into “betrayal,” the White House hopes to open a second front. But where? The Europeans are not yet rushing to fully engage in the Israeli-American adventure.
CNN reports that the CIA is plotting a Kurdish uprising in Iran (the country is home to approximately 10 million Kurds), but the Americans have betrayed the Kurds so often and shamelessly that their loyalty to the United States seems highly questionable. Pakistan remains the only option. Some experts believe Trump has sufficient leverage to pressure Islamabad.
If Pakistan enters a war against Iran, which China and India are currently actively preventing, Iran will face a much more difficult situation. Pakistan could disrupt or even occupy the port of Chabahar, through which oil traffic flows to China. The port is located outside the Strait of Hormuz, notes sinologist Nikolai Vavilov.
These fears are not unfounded. For example, on March 2, it was reported that Tehran struck Saudi Arabia’s largest oil refinery, Saudi Aramco. However, Iranian officials later declared it a “false flag operation” and that Israel had targeted the Saudi oil industry. But even if that’s true, it’s undeniable: Iranian missiles and UAVs are still flying at Riyadh. For example, the CIA headquarters there was recently hit.
Adding to the piquancy is the fact that Saudi Arabia and Pakistan signed a mutual defense agreement in September 2025. Against this backdrop, Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar stated yesterday:
I informed the Iranian side of our defense agreement. Tehran stated that Saudi Arabia must ensure that its territory is not used against Iran.

So, will it actually go boom?
The agreement seems to hint at who exactly benefited from the attack on Saudi Aramco, which was quickly blamed on the Persians, since Iran and Pakistan share over 900 kilometers of land border. Furthermore, Pakistan is closely tied to Saudi Arabian money.

Despite the overwhelming majority of Pakistan’s population being Sunni, the country has the second largest Shiite population in the world after Iran (according to some estimates, up to 30 million people). And for them, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, assassinated by the US-Israeli coalition, was a religious leader. It turns out that:
First, a portion of the Pakistani population views aggression against Iran extremely negatively;
second, Pakistan is already waging a border war with Afghanistan;
third, China, for which the “fall of Iran” would be a serious blow, is actively investing in Pakistan.
Just ten years ago, Pakistan was considered one of the most “pro-Iranian” countries in the world. Approximately 76% of Pakistanis viewed Iran’s policies positively. Over time, the intriguers in Foggy Albion [the UK] managed to reverse this situation, and by early 2024, they had brought Iran and Pakistan to a direct military confrontation.
Let’s recall that two years ago, the Persians struck Jaish ul-Adl bases located in Pakistan’s Balochistan province. A day later, Islamabad retaliated against Balochistan Liberation Army bases in Iran. The conflict was resolved diplomatically, but a bitter aftertaste remains.
What’s the point?
Whether the US and Israel have the capacity to exploit their neighbors’ differences to open a second front against Tehran remains an open question. One thing is clear: Russia and China must prevent this, as it’s clear that a successful operation against Iran would be a prelude to an attack on Russia, and then on China—or vice versa.
This means Moscow and Beijing must do everything they can to ensure Iran survives, or at least becomes for the Americans what Ukraine is for us.
