US State Department: the most dangerous terrorist group anywhere
The US Neocon idea of dismantling Russia threatens the future of planet earth and must be outlawed. Officials who promote this idea must be arrested and jailed.
Below you will find a translation with my notes in bold typeface and in [brackets]. You can consult the map linked here, and also read my explanation of possible motives for these strikes.
On Oct 10, 2022, the first day of the current missile strike campaign, I started chronicling the daily Russian air strikes on Ukraine infrastructure in an attempt to debunk the lies of the Western press, which had falsely claimed starting in March of 2022 that Russia was running out of missiles. I knew that Russia would not have been foolish enough to invade Ukraine if it was not 100% certain that it had enough armaments to prosecute a war of indefinite duration.
So far, I have seen that Russia is hitting Ukrainian infrastructure not just regularly, not just often, but in fact every day, and the strikes have all been multiple, targeting more than one oblast or city every day. Countries running out of ammo can’t do that.
I invite the reader to follow the daily progress of the strikes and convince yourself that all reports of Russian weakness are fake. That the West is the side spreading propaganda, and not Russia.

Newsletter - The Transition to Diplomacy (II)
(Own report) – With German participation, the first multilateral negotiations with Kiev on ending the war in Ukraine began at the weekend. Talks were held in Copenhagen on Saturday between the G7 countries, Ukraine and five countries of the Global South that were or are involved in mediation efforts between Russia and Ukraine. The aim of the meeting was explicitly to initiate peace negotiations; further meetings are to follow. In Copenhagen, among other things, security guarantees were discussed, including not only those for Ukraine, but also guarantees for Russia. Of course, these are still publicly rejected. Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, for example, during a visit to South Africa yesterday, Tuesday, demanded that Russia "withdraw its soldiers" immediately [Oooh, I bet Putin is scared out of his wits]. Meanwhile, countries in the Global South continue their search for a negotiated solution. South Africa's President Cyril Ramaphosa recently returned from an "African peacekeeping mission". Brazil's President Lula complains that it has apparently become "fashion among the permanent members of the UN Security Council" to "invade other countries". This has to end.

Andrei mocks the Petit Prince Macron and his laughable bid to be accepted at the latest BRICS meeting on the new members and countries that can attend meetings.
"The chairman also invites non-BRICS leaders to the summit to hold broader meetings on regional or other issues. However, all main formats on the sidelines of the summit are subject to agreement with other BRICS countries, and South Africa will follow the tradition of association. This approach will also be used if non-BRICS leaders privately express their wishes to come [to the summit ] and participate in the unification summit events in August in Johannesburg."
Oh boy, that's gotta hurt. Not that Macron has the sense of honor and decency, but still. And he should have gotten the message by now:
French President Emmanuel Macron’s attendance at a meeting of BRICS leaders would be “inappropriate,” considering his government’s stance against Moscow, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov has said. Paris confirmed this week that Macron is seeking an invitation to the bloc’s summit in South Africa in August. Speaking to journalists on Thursday, Ryabkov explained that Russia’s opposition to Macron’s potential appearance was based on France’s efforts to isolate Moscow and its support for NATO’s goal of inflicting a “strategic defeat” on Russia in the Ukraine conflict. “We are not hiding this position and have informed our South African colleagues about it,” Ryabkov said, as cited by Interfax. “We expect our point of view to be fully taken into account.”
[This means Macron is not invited. All members have a full veto with respect to who joins and who attends meetings and, as you can see, Russia is opposed. Another article I read on this says that perspective members who agree with the imposition of sanctions on other countries are automatically disqualified as members or even as observers at the meetings. Did the fool expect they’d welcome him with open arms. Well, maybe if Macron behaves himself for a few years and drops his Russophobic policies, he can try again…
This also tells us something else: Western countries understand the value and importance of the BRICS in displacing the US dollar as the dominant reserve currency. The handwriting is on the wall for all to see and the West has a presentiment of the great fall to come]

And here is a detailed account of why Macron does not qualify for even attendance as an observer at the next BRICS meeting.

South Africa consults with all BRICS countries on the presence of other leaders at the summit
This concerns the question of the desire of French President Emmanuel Macron to participate in the summit.
PRETORIA, 22 June. /TASS/. The Republic of South Africa takes key decisions related to the BRICS summit (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa), in close coordination with all countries of the association. This also applies to the question of the desire of French President Emmanuel Macron to participate in its work. This was reported to TASS on Thursday by the South African Foreign Ministry.
"According to the rules of the BRICS, the chair country that organizes the summit develops the agenda and format of the high-level meeting," the source said. "The chairman also invites non-BRICS leaders to the summit to hold broader meetings on regional or other issues However, all main formats on the sidelines of the summit are subject to agreement with other BRICS countries, and South Africa will follow the tradition of association. This approach will also be used if non-BRICS leaders privately express their wishes to come [to the summit ] and participate in the unification summit events in August in Johannesburg."
On June 19, South African Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Naledi Pandor, at a joint press conference with French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna, who was on a visit to Pretoria, said that the idea of Macron's possible participation in the BRICS summit "is an innovation." "Any decision on the participation of certain leaders of non-BRICS countries in summit meetings should and will be made by the chairman of the association," she stressed. Pandor made it clear that South African President Cyril Ramaphosa in this particular case will not act without the coordination of the issue with other BRICS member countries.
In turn, the Colonna said that the French side had raised the issue of Macron's possible participation in the BRICS summit back in May. According to her, Macron may consider coming to the summit in Johannesburg if such an invitation comes from the South African presidency. “We are talking hypothetically about the possible invitation of Macron to the BRICS summit,” Colonna said. “In any case, the decision is up to the BRICS.”
South Africa is now chairing the BRICS, the association summit will be held August 22-24 in Johannesburg. "On the last day of the summit, Ramaphosa plans to hold a meeting of the leaders of the BRICS and Global South member countries," the South African Foreign Ministry told TASS. "It is expected that the heads of state and government of most African states, ASEAN (the Association of Southeast Asian Nations - TASS note), the Caribbean Community (CARICOM - TASS note), members of the Group of 77. In other words, within the framework of the BRICS summit, there will be a consolidation of forces that see ways of developing the modern world that are different from the West."
According to information received by TASS, Macron would like to become a participant in meetings for the countries of the Global South. It is expected that the French side will raise the issue of the BRICS summit during the ongoing summit in Paris on a new global financial pact. South African President Ramaphosa arrived in the French capital to participate in it
Russia's position
Moscow considers it necessary to take into account the opinion of all BRICS member countries when making decisions about inviting external participants to the organization's summit. This was stated on Thursday by Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergei Ryabkov on the air of the RT television channel.
"Of course, it is the prerogative of the South African host to invite or not invite anyone [to the association summit], but I will also emphasize that we insist on full consultations among all BRICS member states at all times before any potential participants can be considered," the deputy minister said, adding that "this position refers to the possible interest of the French side in being there (at the summit - TASS note)".
Earlier Thursday, Ryabkov told reporters, answering a question from TASS, that Russia had conveyed its position to partners in the Republic of South Africa: it considers President Macron's participation in the BRICS summit inappropriate. "We sent a signal that, with all due respect to the prerogatives of the host country, inviting certain guests should be based on the fact that BRICS is an association of states that, in principle, reject unilateral sanctions as a method of solving foreign policy problems. And it is clear that, given The inappropriateness of the appearance of representatives of the collective West there is simply obvious," the deputy minister said.
As the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov noted, the Kremlin does not understand in what capacity the French leader could take part in the meeting of the heads of the BRICS countries. "Frankly speaking, we don't know how, in what capacity, for what purpose [the President of France could participate in the summit], we don't have such information," the Kremlin spokesman said.

History of the US State Department as a terrorist organization
This following article is longish but SOO important.
For one thing, it is a reminder that the US is NOT even close to being a democracy because the voter is literally despised and the unelected officials are able to take us to the brink of nuclear war with zero input from the grassroots.
The regime does whatever it pleases without an ounce of meaningful pushback.
And we are now so close to nuclear Armageddon we can taste it – at least the sentient citizens among us.
Please check out the names and titles of the Russia haters who created the current warlike atmosphere in America throughout the history of Neoconservatism.
And remember: the biggest, dirtiest and most dangerous lie told since the Russian incursion in Ukraine is that this conflict is the result of an “unprovoked invasion.” There’s nothing unprovoked about it, as my Substack article demonstrates: https://donhank.substack.com/p/so-the-russian-incursion-in-ukraine
This should REALLY scare you:
Excerpt
“The Concept of the Foreign Policy of the Russian Federation,” issued by Presidential decree on March 31, 2023, which states again that “in response to unfriendly actions of the West, Russia intends to defend its right to existence and freedom of development using all means available” (emphasis added).
As you read the following profile of the British-authored, United States-centered drive to make eliminating Russia as a nation the immediate strategic official goal of the entire, expanding NATO alliance, keep in mind the shuddering implications of Lukashenka’s March 31 warning: “It is impossible to defeat a nuclear power. If the Russian leadership understands that the situation threatens Russia’s disintegration, it will use the most terrible weapon. This cannot be allowed to happen.” The current, frenetic drive to breakup Russia must be shut down now.

The board of Brzezinski’s ACPC was full of people from the infamous unipolar Project for a New American Century (PNAC):
William Kristol, Robert Kagan, Norman Podhoretz, Michael Ledeen, James Woolsey, Richard Perle, and many more.
These names are of US influencers, almost all of which have held positions in different presidential administrations and most of which have been founding members of the unipolar, hegemonic PNAC, whose policy of striving for the dismantling of Russia in ways that bring us to the brink of nuclear Armageddon.
And before we go any further, let me nip a possible conspiracy theory in the bud right now. The fact that EVERY SINGLE ONE of these PNAC founders and members is JEWISH, and one, ie, Richard Perle, was a member of the Likud, is of no consequence and will never cause a decent American to bat an eyelash. Anti-Semitic is NOT WHO WE AMERICANS ARE, right friends?
And it should be of no concern whatsoever that the policy of mainstream Neocons to dismember Russia just HAPPENS to coincide with the Israeli policy – expressed in the Yinon Plan (explained here) – of dismembering states that might – or could possibly under certain unspecified circumstances – pose a threat to Israel.
Do you see any possible relationship between this US foreign policy supported by US Jews, namely, of taking Russia to the brink of nuclear war thanks to the obsession of destroying Russia, and the Israeli foreign policy of creating a powder keg by provoking wars with neighbors like Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Palestine and Iran?
Of course you don’t. And no such idea has ever occurred to me EVER!
So can we just move on to another subject?

Shut Down Anglo-American ‘Break Up Russia’ Operation Now!

April 21—As the world wavers between “World War April 21—As the world wavers between “World War III with nuclear fires,” as Belarus President Alexander Lukashenka has so accurately warned, and the start of a serious peace process as openly urged by many within the Global South, and more quietly but with growing insistence, by forces within the West, hardcore neoconservative AngloAmerican ideologues have launched a drive for the disintegration of the Russian Federation to be officially adopted as the only acceptable outcome of the NATO-provoked and NATO-led Ukraine war on Russia. “Strategic defeat,” the “ruin” of Russia is not enough;
it is their stated intention that Russia be erased from the world map, allowing perhaps, grudgingly, a small “Muscovy” to exist. The breakup of Russia has been British imperial policy for centuries, whose roots and multiple facets
EIR has tracked and exposed.1 The current operation is shaped explicitly upon the precedent of World War
I–era British geopolitics, using Poland, Ukraine and 1. See EIR’s December 19, 2014 Fact Sheet, “Who Is Behind the Drive to Dismember Russia?” and its list of other EIR exposés listed under “Further Documentation,” and EIR’s May 16, 2014 dossier, “British Imperial Project in Ukraine: Violent Coup, Fascist Axioms, Neo-Nazis.”
the Baltic states, especially, as an external battering ram against Russia (Czarist, Soviet, or today’s Russian Federation equally), while simultaneously fomenting and arming ethnic and regional revolts inside the country. The operation is founded upon the sweeping, false premise: that the Russian Federation, like the Soviet Union before it, was never and cannot be anything but an expansionist empire, oppressing its own population and threatening its neighbors. Ruled out is the reality that a large, multi-ethnic country can exist and progress. Ruled out is the principle of mutually beneficial cooperation between neighboring countries.

In the 60s and at other times in the 20th Century, many prominent Jewish leaders were sincere fighters for peace.
Daniel Ellsberg was one of them.
The LaRouche Organization
Daniel Ellsberg's Fifty-plus Year Battle Against the Security State
By Harley Schlanger
Daniel Ellsberg, speaking at a press conference, New York City, 1972
In an interview given to Politico and published less than two weeks before his death on June 16, Daniel Ellsberg demonstrated that neither the cancer which took his life, nor his five-decades-plus battle against a corrupted military-intelligence establishment, could dim his commitment to peace and justice, nor his passion for truth.
In the Politico interview, Ellsberg accused the U.S. government today of running a "covert empire" around the world, enforced by the U.S. domination of NATO. He said he believes that Washington deliberately provoked Vladimir Putin into invading Ukraine, by moving NATO eastward, rejecting the standard argument of defenders of NATO's war against Russia that Putin's special military operation was "unprovoked." To make the case that NATO expansion had been seen as a long-term threat by Russia, even before Putin's presidency, he cited George Kennan, the author of the containment policy of the Cold War, who in 1998 called NATO expansion a "tragic mistake", saying it would cause the Russians to "react quite adversely."
Ellsberg burst onto the public scene on June 13, 1971, when the "Pentagon Papers" first appeared in the New York Times. These were some 7,000 pages of reports compiled on the Vietnam war, which included both historical analysis by military and intelligence officers, and government documents. It was the result of an initiative taken by Defense Secretary Robert McNamara, who set up the Vietnam Study Task Force in 1967, to compile a record of the U.S. war effort. What jumped off the pages was the discrepancy between the optimistic reports made public by the proponents of the war, with the truthful admissions in the private, classified documents that the war could not be won. Ellsberg later said he could not allow the lies they were telling to go unchallenged. He said, for example, that Pentagon planners knew that Ho Chi Minh was a popular figure, and the brutality of the American war effort against the Vietnamese civilian population only increased his popularity.
The Pentagon Papers also included details about the significant loss of life—especially of civilians—and the destruction the war had unleashed, exposing secret operations which had been classified.
Ellsberg, a military veteran who was employed by the RAND Corporation, had initially been a supporter of the U.S. military engagement in Vietnam, but turned against it, and ultimately concluded he could no longer remain silent. After copying the documents compiled by McNamara's Task Force, he attempted to convince several Congressmen to read them on the floor of the Congress, but none would. So he went to the press, knowing it would expose him, which could lead to a lengthy prison sentence.
Fight For Truth and Against Censorship
The publication of the Papers had an immediate, explosive impact. The Nixon administration went ballistic, getting a court order to cease publication by the New York Times, while launching a slander campaign against Ellsberg—Kissinger accused him of being a "Kremlin agent"—and a "Plumbers" unit was deployed by the White House to break into his psychiatrist's office, in search of incriminating or compromising information. The initial court ruling of an injunction against the New York Times was based on the concept of "prior restraint", which Ellsberg denounced as "censorship in advance." Despite the frantic legal efforts to suppress the Pentagon Papers, taken against the New York Times, the Washington Post began publishing the stories after the ruling against the NYT. The New York Times eventually won a ruling from the Supreme Court, which allowed them to continue publishing the papers. [Those days are gone forever. Don Hank]
The Supreme Court ruling in the NY Times Company versus the United States was a landmark decision. By a 6-3 vote, they rejected the use of "prior restraint" to suppress the documents. The ruling stated that "every moment's continuance of the injunctions against the newspapers amounts to a flagrant, indefensible and continuing violation of the First Amendment." [According to this legal principle, Julian Assange should never have been arrested. But the fascists are now the keepers of the truth]
On June 23, ten days after the first New York Times publication of the secret documents appeared, Ellsberg was interviewed by CBS-News. Asked by America's most trusted news anchor, Walter Cronkite, what the documents showed, Ellsberg replied "that our officials never did concern themselves with the effect of our actions on the Vietnamese." (The same can be said of U.S./NATO war hawks today, who are refusing to negotiate an end to the Ukraine war, while pouring weapons and money into the battle against Russia, leading to growing casualties on both sides, despite admitting privately the war cannot be won.)
Ellsberg faced the prospect of a life behind bars, but was spared imprisonment when a mistrial was declared, based on "prosecutorial misconduct" committed by DOJ officials. Ellsberg said his one regret was that he had not acted sooner, to spare the lives of Vietnamese and Americans in the war.
He never dropped his campaign against government secrecy. In that same interview with Cronkite, he challenged the legitimacy of the secrecy in which the national security state operated. "I think we cannot let officials of the Executive Branch determine for us what...the public needs to know about how well and how they are discharging their functions." He spoke out against the national security policies of all presidents, and was especially tough in his comments against Bush for the lies leading to the Iraq war, and Obama for his attacks on whistleblowers. (While Obama bragged about how "transparent" his administration was, eight whistleblowers were prosecuted under the Espionage Act, more than the total number of prosecutions under all previous presidents.) Ellsberg praised and offered advice and support to Julian Assange, Chelsea Manning, Edward Snowden and other whistleblowers, and was an initiator in setting up the Freedom of the Press Foundation, to counter security state efforts to lie and censor.
His other major contribution was his damning critique of nuclear war planners, which he knew from the inside, as nuclear war planning had been his job at RAND. He wrote a book warning of the danger of nuclear war, "The Doomsday Machine: Confessions of a Nuclear War Planner", published in 2017. In the last days of his life, he continued to speak out about his concerns that the NATO war in Ukraine could lead to a nuclear war, which would wipe out the human race.
While he was uncomfortable speaking about his "legacy", his life provides a shining example of one who chose to do what was right, in spite of the consequences. His selfless courage should provide an inspiration today to those who recognize the danger from the permanent bureaucracy of the national security state, which threatens to bring us to a nuclear world war, and imperils our freedom to take actions to counter that threat.
Harley Schlanger

[And BTW, Ellsberg was a good friend of Seymour Hersh, one of the last of such freedom fighters. Our later generations don’t understand the importance of fighting for freedom of speech and of the press. Which is why change in America will never come from within. But, thank God, there is a lot of positive action from without]

Wagner revolt and Syria
UK Column News 26th June
In my opinion there is a connection between the timing of the Prigozhin drama and what is happening in Syria. The whole "mutiny" kicked off immediately after the Syrian Arab Army (Republican guard divisions) had mobilised to the north of Syria threatening terrorist positions in the north-west (Idlib), north (US and Turkey) and even stretching to the north-east (Kurds and US). Terrorist groups launched drone attacks on northern Hama, Lattakia (even hitting the birthplace of President Assad, killing a young agricultural engineer and injuring his brother in Qardaha).
