Surah Al-Hijr, Verse 4:
وَمَا أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٌ مَّعْلُومٌ
Never did We destroy a population that had not a term decreed and assigned beforehand.
Surah Al-Hijr, Verse 5:
مَّا تَسْبِقُ مِنْ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ
Neither can a people anticipate its term, nor delay it.
Every nation who does evil eventually Allāh’s punishment comes.
Qur'an chapter 17 verse 17
How many generations have We destroyed after Noah? and enough is thy Lord to note and see the sins of His servants.
